Rule of thumb on the Mazda 6 is anything below +50mm might encounter fender clearance problems. A +45mm offset can often work with rolled fenders. I would guess that these rims will probably need a fender roll. You may get lucky and be fine with no modifications, but I'd be prepared to roll the fenders just in case.
Offset means absolutely nothing without knowing the width of the wheel. I could have a +40 wheel that fits without problems and a +60 wheel that wont fit at all.
Depending on the size of the tire you put on them, you may or may not need to roll. They will definitely fit if you do decide to roll.

Based on all the wheel fitments I've seen over the years, I would have to say thats wrong.
