i was wonder if a wheel with a 38mm offset with a tire that is 225 / 40 / zr 18 will fit a stock 6? its an 18 in wheel?

Not without rubbing.
I'm currently running an 18x8 +30 offset with a 225/40/18 on the front (my rear is the same but in a +45 offset) without any issues but the rears will need a MASSIVE fender roll/pull to run a +38 ofset. Apparently it has been done before though...
