ok i am thinking about getting this wheels and tire setup. i want to know if it will fit without rolling my fenders. i am planning on getting the mazdaspeed springs so please include if you tink they will rub with about an 1.5'' drop. thanks. i dont want to have my fenders rolled so thats why i am asking this. also do you think i could go with a 225/45 or 225/40 will those fit without rolling the fenders? i have a 2003 m6 s

wheels: Drag DR-33 18x7.5 45mm offset
tires: Hankook Ventus V12 Evo K110, 215/45R-18XL 93Y

Also tell me what you think about the wheels.

i'm running an 18x8 +45 with a 225/40/18 tire and i had to roll my fenders once i lowered my car. you SHOULD just clear but it'll be close.

sorry. but which setup will be close. the 215/45 the 225/45 or 225/40? sorry but im new to buying tires and have never tried to go any bigger than stock. i had a jeep before i got my m6. thanks
Egierda
well, either of the 225s will undoubtedly be closer than the 215s...

it's hard to give you a definitive answer as i am running a different setup. however, rolling your fenders is extremely simple and will not damage the paint if done properly. why are you so against it?

if you'd like to guarantee ZERO rubbing...go to a +48 offset or greater.

i guess im not really against it. but more scared to do it. i also dont know where to get it done and what exactly it involves. could you fill me in real quick?

If just put on a set of 215/45/18 Hankook Ventus V12 Evo K110 93Y on my 18x7.5 +48 offset wheels and no issues on rubbing. I ran 225/45/18 Yokohamas and rubbed slightly on bumps or hard launches with two adults in back (contact on inner wheel well only) with fenders rolled. I'm dropped on AutoEXE Lowdown springs.

Hard to say if your area has this services available. You can rent a roller from Street Unit Performance for a week and do it yourself or try a performance shop to see if they can direct you to a shop that can do it.

Shops in my area charged $45.00 per fender.
