I'm trying to install a shift light w a digital rpm gauge. I trying to find a Tach signal wire. I've searched on here and six crew and all I found was to tap off the non green/stripe wire off of the ignition coil. ( I have a 6s btw) but rpm gauge only goes from 100 to about 500 not even close to the actual rpm. Is there a better source for a Tach signal?
