taking off headrest

i bought some seat covers, "type S" i need to remove my headrest for them to fit on properaly, and i cant figure out how to get the things off, can some one help a brotha out?

I can't help but think you're asking something else but is this what you're seeking (note pic from passenger seat)?

mine look different from that, ive tried that option and it doesnt come off, i have an 06 mazda s

If you have an 06 or newer, there is a button on one post, but not on the other, if you look very closely on the side you will see a small hole. you need something rigid to push into that hole to release the head rest. I battled with this for a while on a set of seats.
