Hi everyone, although I seldom post or read these forums, I thought I'd share a mod I just can't get over. I have an iphone that I constantly resort to when I'm driving, following directions, listening to podcasts and taking calls. I have the Audiolink unit installed as well, so I usually take my phone calls over my speakers. Here are some pics:

This is the Griffin "WindowSeat" mount (http://www.griffintechnology.com/products/windowseat) and I only paid $30 US for it!! It works via suction cup, but the thing is as sturdy as a rock. It also pivots so that you can turn the phone on its side to watch videos too. I took out the center AC vent and glued in the plastic disc that came with the mount (it fits almost perfectly inside). Hope you guys like!

thats pretty sweet man i came into this area looking for iphone holders. Do you use your iphone without a case? and if not do you have to take it out of the case to use it?

Would be a good addition to using the dyno app they have for the iPhone.

I actually work for Griffin, it's pretty awesome to see someone come up with an ingenious use for one of the products I helped develop.

What aux in are you using?

Can you give details about the installation...removal of the vents, what did you use to glue, etc... I ordered the holder and love the setup!

Thanks,
