i am thinking about getting a rear view camera and came across these, just wondering your opinions:
#2 now with the second one its a full mirror replacement where as the first one is a clip on to the current mirror.. my only concern with the first one is whether or not it will fit my autodim mirror w/ compass... number 2 is a full mirror replacement but it does not include the camera so i would have to get one.. anybody have one installed in their 6? thanks

They both say their "Universal Clip-on Rearview Mirror" , do you really need one of these tho? The backup camera was a really nice feature in the odyssey we drove because its big, but I don't think you would really need one for a 6. I mean if you have every single mod you can think of done, and don't have anything else to spend on, then I would probably get it.. Just my opinion, but I wouldn't trust the universal clip on ones.. Especially with the Autodim mirror.. Good luckk

got one on the wifes suv, just for peace of mind since you hear about all those people accidentally backing over their kids when leaving. My only advise is to research and actually spend some money and stay away from the wireless setups as you'll never get a stable picture out of them and they don't last long. Also with the wireless ones be prepared to pick up a lot of interference or other peoples images lol.

There was a radar/laser company marketing a product that was exactly that, a radar/laser detector, but also had PDC sensors and worked off the same unit. That to me would be worth more I think.
