Damn, I'm starting to eyeball one of these: Longevity WeldAll 160PI TIG/Stick/Plasma cutter. Yeah, it's Chinese made, but it comes with a 5 year warranty, the support seems great and a lot of people love them. It'd do everything I want it to do and then some. I'm thinking about getting into some metal sculpting for fun. Oh, and it sounds like they'll take $1,000 for it using the "reasonable offer" link.

So if you buy it and we don't see any kind of metal projects, should we check your Deep Freeze for bodies?

(knock on wood) Is it weird that running the BOV in hybrid mode has eliminated the random KR that I've been receiving lately on any BPV running in recirc? (knock on wood)

Well it is effectively richening you up during part throttle whenever you let off the gas.

My current theory (even tho everyone on msf claims part throttle knock can be ignored, i still don't like it) is that with stratified fueling, the combustion zone can reach much hotter temps than we all realize. It's surrounded by a cooler almost all oxygen area, so it might not be noticeable with an egt or anything, i'm not sure. Couple that with 60* of spark advance and a long idle at a light, and what do you know, you knock as you pull away.

Maybe the richer afr helps cool the combustion chamber a lil more? I'm not sure, but interesting.

Heh, it's definitely rich on shifts.

Woooooooosh....PSHHH...POP-POP-POPPPOP-POP

The LTFT look acceptable so far. When I went to grab lunch today I had -9 at idle and -1 when on the throttle.

Yeah, and i don't think it will drift too far honestly. My car hardly after fires with the turbo smart. Less than when i had a 20ft recirc tube lol.

It afterfires the same as before. It'll get taken care of more or less with the custom tune, whenever that happens, LOL.

I went VTA today, but it is quieter than with Recirc. Have to pick up one of those inserts for the HK$ next time I go home.

They break other shit. When I was at Surgeline there was a customer getting his STi fixed. His engine was leaking oil all over the engine bay and something else was wrong. The owner was on the phone with Subaru North America asking them why the fuck his shit was failing.

EDIT: I now realized you are talking about a video game. ROFL.

I might borrow Josh's modded 360 for the weekend and rent Forza 3. You want to whoop my ass at it?

Joel you woulda get a raging boner over Forza3 . It's amazing. I've got over 40 hours in it already. My favorite car is still the Audi R8. V10 AWD FTW haha. My MS3 is sub par, but not bad really.

I do love my car though, unconditionally! I also wish I'd bought a catless DP in the first place lol.

Do you have any Corksport mods on the MS3?

I spent over $100k of matt's money on a Lancia Delta, hahaha. Have to admit, Forza is prob worth buying an x-box.

I'll be trying out Forzda tomorrow, but I just don't see buying an X-box. Still anticipating GT5 for Christmas.
