Lots of other Mazda enthusiasts swear by replacement shift knobs to eliminate some "notchi-ness" and travel... and it is also said the car feels much better with a heavier knob....
Anyone on here replaced the knob yet? Lets see some pics (IMG:style_emoticons/default/5.gif) |

i replaced mine with the TWM .44 Magnum
i actually did talk to a few people at the last meet about this. I felt the heavier knob deinately aided in the ease of shifting. i'll see if i can come up with some pics....i may have one around here somewhere... |

I would replace it, but my hand is still smoking from the trim ring around the shifter. Turns out the sun makes it a little hot...

think that this would look amazing in the regular 6....dont want anything to crazy unless i modify alot of the interior...other than that i'd give up the satin one for this Mazda5 shift knob any day of the week...i like the simple look....but then again that could just be me..

Razo Drift Spec, Black chrome finish and weight 480 gram with self threading insert. It provides great grip because of large top area. Sit exactly the same position as OEM knob, very very high quality. Retail is around 80$. (IMG:http://db.carmate.co.jp/CarmateImage/Product_Image/RA117-B01.jpg) |
