BALLAST SPECIFICATIONS:

Did I miss out on this, or can I still get in on it? This kit installs as easily as the Apexcone kit, correct? Not the most technically sound indvidual but drilling a hole in the dust cap, replacing my bulb with a ballast, and plugging everything in is right up my ally!

Yep this ships from Canada but no brokerage fees for US customers also because it's included in our deal with UPS
