folks,
I'm toying with painting my Callipers, and unsure about which colour to use. the main body colour is 25H silver contrail metallic.... with OEM wheels, red is certainly out of the question due to it being ''considered'' Ricey in the UK....every wannabe racer does it. I'm down to either Gloss Black or Chrome Silver.. (i did once paint the callipers on my Vauxhall Vectra Blue, this was down to the interior lighting being changed to blue LED'S, and to be honest it looked really good....) but i figure that I'm not going to change the interior on the mazda to Blue LED' ..as i like the standard Red/Orange on black look, blue callipers would look wrong. any thoughts folks? |

I also have a silver 6 so for me, with the wheels being silver as well, silver calipers are outta the question for me. Im going black likely. Unless i change wheel colors.

Previous owner of my 2004 painted them semi-glossy black and I couldn't thank the person enough for doing so.
My calipers rarely looked dirty - they also didn't stand out at all. So if that's what you're going for, then black it is!

I don't mind them 'standing out'
But not Ricer red...lol Maybe a two tone black and silver job would look good, If not then silver it is, Thanks for the comments guys ....and girls Sent from AutoGuide.com Free App |
