1st gen bumper conversion info.

The following is a test fit thread with Sport & BR vs 06-08 vs Extreme (bodykit) bumper.

http://forum.mazda6club.com/picture...06-bumper-extreme-bumper-interchangeable.html

All 03-08 bumpers (***The exception is the Wagon rear bumpers and Mazdaspeed6 front bumpers*** ) are interchangable with minor inconvenience. Most just need the correct bumper foam and possibly the addition of a couple holes in the wheel well liners.

Mazda6 vs Mazdaspeed6 front end conversion.

Front bumper
Bumper foam
Front upper grill
Front lower grill (3 pieces) or lower middle & Fog lights
Hood
Front driver and passager fenders
Front driver and passager wheel well liner
Radiator support from Speed6
Dash cover for defrost and windshield nozzles

This is going to be a work in progress thread listing the various exterior body styling options availabe for the Mazda 6 platform.

DIY Splitter info.

Honestly the color contrast makes it a great choice because you can see where the bumper is vs the lip. Test fit make you less of a dumb ass and more of a smart ass :)

About time for one of these. Stickied for your efforts. :)

Keep the bumpers coming!

Edit: @fallenambience How about the Home Depot lip too? :D
I will get started again today asap

Found some pics for ya too :)

Also, WTF is this hot mess of a lip?

Also, I think we could really top this thread off by finding/listing the best places to get each of the lips, as well as the price ranges. In due time, of course.
That is the corksport KS lip and I think its what design monk has installed.

Great idea!
What we also could do is link Andy's auto sports body website with our mazda 6 selected, they got tons of different bumpers and lips and its great to browse that website because of the variety! Even if you shouldn't buy from there lol :p

I want to try and keep the photos to actual owner vehicles. So if anyone has shots of the VIS techno r on a non sport please link them or a chargerspeed sti on an 06-08.

Also if anyone can confirm material on lips with a ??? next to it post it up.

Last but not least if I am missing anything let me know.
