For the record. Calling somebodys rims knockoffs i guess is being nice. Yeah it took only 4 posts to see how some you all put peoples stuff down or questions. I thought this was a forum to help people with there Mazdas and check out other rides. I saw your purple car with ghetto gold sprayed rims lol. Looks good. Im not bashing either.

Mr. Newbie here seems to have a bit of an attitude problem. Nobody was bashing his wheels. Just pointing out that they are a knockoff of a much more expensive wheel which he likely knew before purchasing them. I dont recall seeing anyone post - those knockoffs look like crap - or anything of that sort.

If you dont have anything constructive to contribute & only want to analyze what others say, go elsewhere and do so Redwood. We dont need people like that around here. Everyone who had a comment about his wheels said they are nice.

Liking the rims. Maybe instead of the work "knockoff" we could use the word imitation or similar. I mean if someone told me my ins were "knockoff" I'd probably be a little annoyed. Even if I knew when I purchased. Also can someone answer what "rolling" the fenders is or does?

So your telling me constructive and contributing is calling somebodys rims knockoffs lol. Come on man you seem to be smart and logical. Im just breaking it down. All wanna do on this forum is contribute my knowledge and help people. Been on this forum for like ten minutes and see 6YMazda being a little smart ass at people. Its like come on man. But he has his own issues. Give you my word Mr. Smoke that i will not read into peoples negativity no more Cheers!

Rolling fenders is pushing up the lip that sticks in towards the tires on the rear fenders so you can run wider wheels or a lower offset wheel and not have that lip slice up your tires.

Imitation would be a nicer way to put it for sure. I had rims on my last car that were imitations of a 2 piece wheel. I didnt care if people called them knockoffs or anything of the sorts because i really liked how they look and in the end thats all that matters.

Either way, PBNJ im loving the look of the wheels man. Makes me wish i wouldnt have sold my old wheels with the car.

6Y is a good guy who knows his stuff & has lots to contribute. You just gotta get to know how he is. He didnt mean anything negative by his comment. He was just voicing his opinion which he has every right to do.

Everyone, thanks for the comments on the rims! I like them too and there is no offense taken at all by the Knockoff comments. Brandon, I am not sure of the rim weight, but just the size of the tires compared to the 215's makes it feel just a bit sluggish.
