Do what ever you think is best, people put graphics on that they like. If you like it do it, its like asking do these rims look nice? People say no, get these they look better. Personal opinion. If you want the FF street racer look go for it.

I personally don't like it.If you're looking to put some kind of graphics on the car,I'm sure there are better ones to go with.
But in the end its all about you man,if you like it...

I personally don't think it looks that bad.. but it is not my style. I'm very picky about my own car, but do what makes you happy with yours. Nothing is better than being completely satisfied with something you create

That being said, I have to ask.. Is it a dolphin with it's head out of water?

Ok im going to respond from the perspective of seeing where your coming from. Not gonna tell you not to do it, but gonna try and help you understand and foresee the positives and negatives before hand, In the end its your car and you can do what you wanna do with it.


What i am getting from your rendering is that you want to make you car a tad bit more aggresive looking at a minimal cost, the design isnt all that special almost a basic wind back graphic,,, what is making it look off is; that style of graphic is not generaly put on a "Family" car that doesnt have an aggresive body kit and/or lowered stance/wheel setup. Although the factory wheels do look more aggresive in black,,, to the M6 community they will still hit our forefront minds eye as "Factory"


If you dont have the funds for a full front rear bumper kit id suggest getting a front lip/rear lip , that will help you get closer to the look that will tie the graphics into your car better.

As for the graphics itself,,,,Lose the two "black twinkies" along the top plain. especially the one on the front door guard, it stands out and catches the eye in a "HUH,, WTH is that thing" manner. It also looks like you have 1 extra line on the rear bumper than you do trailing the doors, Take the extra 1 out.

Blacking out your skirts hood and roof are fine as long as you have it done properly, dont rattle can your hood/roof unless you have done extensive respraying with rattle can. It is a very large and swooping area to try to get an even coat on without prior exp or a few hundred laying around to try again and again till you get it right.

Please Please please dont PD your roof or hood if your not gonna Clear coat it,, you live in michigan and the weather there will destroy a PD hood thats not cleared.What i mean by destroy is that it will fade and discolor it and make it look like your far has ashy knee syndrome on its hood. wheels and side skirts are fine just kepp 1-2 cans in trunk for touch ups.

Thank you to all, for the good feedback. Personally no I dont like the side graphic, but like i said someone else did this up for me, it was one of my reasons for posting it here, so thank you again for confirming my opinion already. I am a disabled veteran so yes money is an issue, my original intent and idea was to plasti-dip the rims,( whish i could afford more aggressive ones but cant right now) the hood I wanted done in vinyl or paint, other then that myself I am removing the ugly door guards this week, and I would like to remove the badges from the rear and then color the front and rear logo's. other then that, not sure what else this guy can afford. Disability sucks and being house ridden isnt as easy or nice as most would think. If anyone has any other ideas of things I could do that doesnt break the bank, I have been combing the threads looking, please let me know. thanks again for all the info.
