@sunny Christina

Yes Red lights as main projector lights on any vehicle for personal use is illegal in all fifty states. Plus how the hell are u gona see at nite,lol. Now if they are just for show AT a show or meet, thats fine as long as u dont drive with them on,lol. Im sure it would look cool but dont do it, you will regret it. Plus halos do not project light, aka what headlights were desgined to do. they illuminate and thats it. Your better off, if your going HD, with something like the ProLumen kit 8000k. Add in some white LED parking lights then your ride will be hot. Remember you will find everyting you ever wanted on Google.

Um...halos aren't mean to replace the main lights. They're just an add-on accessory. You'll still have your actual bulbs to provide the light that you use to see in the dark. I suggest changing those over to HIDs, but it's your choice to do whatever.

Even if they aren't used to see, still illegal.

Yup, no argument there. Most car modders don't care too much about legality, though. Besides, if you wire it up on a separate switch, you can keep it off when you're on public roads.
