Heyy everyone,

Just picked up my comet grey 6 and wanted to see if anyone has tried to change the foglights yet. planning on getting some 3000k hid's.

yes....many here have. 3000K 35W HIDs will be a very nice yellow if that's what you're looking for. IIRC, xenonexpert is having a sale on 35W kits right now. Also RPM, another sponsor here has very good prices on HID kits. Check out the sponsor sections and you'll find what you're looking for.

I just ordered my fog light kit, hopefully putting them in on Friday, my question is this.. I'm planning to do HIDs in the fogs eventually, are guys doing the stalk mod as well when putting the HID's in?

Here is mine installed. 3000k 35w HID kit. A lot brighter than stock. And the yellow looks nice IMO. Took about 30 minutes to install. Finding a place to mount the ballast took up most of the install time.

I also purchased a 2009 6 I Sport 6 spd. in Comet Gray. What trim do you have. I absolutely love this car and can't wait to get fogs and upgraded wheels and tires. Enjoy your car.
