Original post:
Where can I find a lip like this one? http://forum.mazda6club.com/index.php?act=...st&id=30082 http://img.villagephotos.com/p/2005-8/1057...764-m607s04.jpg Nice look that fit oem style. I can't find it one the web. ------------------------------------------------------- LAST UPDATE: 2010/02/08 Project is finally done! A front lip that fit sport bumper for any 2006 2007 2008 Mazda6 with sport bumper. This lip is an adaptation of original Mazda JDM lip that doesn't fit our bumpers, a custom hand made desing from overseas pictures. More than 200h of work. The finishing of the prototype were done by a professional to ensure a perfect finish. A mold were built and is ready to produce. I would like to say Thanks a lot! to all those peoples for following me from the beginning of the process, posting your comments and helping me to design this great part. Your interest and faith into this were a big part of my motivation. Here is pictures of the first unit coming out of the mold, on my own car, BEFORE fine adjustments & paint. WITHOUT: http://i21.photobucket.com/albums/b272/hur...ct/IMG_8415.jpg WITH: http://i21.photobucket.com/albums/b272/hur...ct/IMG_8416.jpg ANOTHER: http://i21.photobucket.com/albums/b272/hur...ct/IMG_8426.jpg THEN PAINTED: http://i21.photobucket.com/albums/b272/hur...t/IMG_8541A.jpg http://i21.photobucket.com/albums/b272/hur...t/IMG_8546A.jpg http://i21.photobucket.com/albums/b272/hur...t/IMG_8550A.jpg http://i21.photobucket.com/albums/b272/hur...t/IMG_8558A.jpg http://i21.photobucket.com/albums/b272/hur...t/IMG_8563A.jpg http://i21.photobucket.com/albums/b272/hur...t/IMG_8565A.jpg http://i21.photobucket.com/albums/b272/hur...t/IMG_8569A.jpg http://i21.photobucket.com/albums/b272/hur...t/IMG_8570A.jpg http://i21.photobucket.com/albums/b272/hur...t/IMG_8573A.jpg http://i21.photobucket.com/albums/b272/hur...t/IMG_8576A.jpg Specifications: Part is made of high quality fiberglass, strong enough for road hazards but still flexing to follow bumper deformation. Comes on BLACK gelcoat (kind of epoxy surface coat), production rate of 2-3 per week. Each unit is kept in the mold for 24h to ensure they keep their shape until fully cured. Only 3/4" lower ground clearance MAX at the sides, 1/8" MAX at center. So you can drive without any concern even with a big suspension drop. 1.8Kg Installation: Highly recommended to make them fitted and installed by a good body shop. May need minor adjustment to you car. Corner that turns into fender comes out sharp so must be sanded a bit to make them smooth. But honestly, almost nothing to do, the mold is very good. Then primer and paint. - 2 self taping screw #8 into fenders plastic, - 2 M6x1.0x30mm to replace oem screws under center grille How to get one: 280$USD + shipping (FedEx, From Canada, Terrebonne J6Y1Z5). Send a PM with: First name, last name, email, full address for shipping, then I'll give you your exact price with shipping. I will prompt you for full PayPal payment when your unit is in production. You can also reach me be email: hurricane_sr@hotmail.com ( Please specify your nickname and forum ) (search engine words: Mazda 6 lip, Mazda6 lip, 06 07 08 2006 2007 2008, Mazda 6 front lip, jdm bumper) 2010/02/08 Last unit of the first batch (5) is sold. I will start a new batch as soon I have a few people ready to go. Lip with hardware, box and shipping, I can usually let them go for 380$USD all included. |

The bumper looks exacly the same as ours, they should fit.
Let's say it's an optional JDM oem Mazda lip, is there a way to get some here? Is it realistic to think of import maybe 10 or 20 of them to save on shipping? A group buy maybe? |

The KS is nice too but doesn't match the smooth oem curves, a bit more aggressive than what I like, you barely notice it's an aftermarket lip added. Looks like I'm gonna spend a month of fiberglass work to build a replica of this nice JDM... |

I bought the Kstyle since it was the only option as of now. |
