What would a 2004 Mazda 6 v6...FULLY Loaded, Manual Transmission with 72000 kms cost in Europe.

Whether it be UK, Holland, Belgium, Germany...

Just curious....

Is a price of 25,000 Euro unheard of?

I'm afraid that the V6 engine isn't available in Europe or any other part of the world. Its a North American option only. The largest engine the 6 gets outside North America is the 2.3 litre I4.
