If you stick to the same viscosity and semi-synthetic you shouldn't run into any problems. Just make sure it complies to ACEA A5-B5 and API SL-CF.

I'm not sure whether ACEA A5/B5 specs. are in the eastern side of the Europe.. SM are the last standard set by API.
I use Valvoline Synpower 5W40 (would like to change to 5W30 after the warranty period). But a better option might be Mobil 1 Extended performance 5W 30 (A5/B5 compliance).
