plan DP Turbo Manifold, CPE Catted DP, ATP GT3071R Turbo, i'd like to know if anyone out there had emissions done with Down Pipe Catted in PA.. without any probelms before i begin placing orders,THANKS, REDRAGON6

Based on your list of proposed mods, I can only assume you have a Mazdaspeed6. You'll probably stand a much better chance of getting answers if you post in the correct section.
