What is the difference between a single wall muffler and a double wall muffler? I dunno which one to get.

Usually this only refers to the tip. A single wall is just that. A simple tube. A double wall has a inner and outer surface. Sometimes it has a built-in resonator in the tip, sometimes not. More than anything else it is a cosmetic thing. So just pick what looks best to you.
