Stereo Bluetooth problem

09 GT, and I'm having an issue with listening to music over bluetooth. I've tried it with multiple phones, and they all exhibit the same problem. It can be best described as a skip, every 20-30 seconds, if not more often. Taking it to the dealer, but they are saying that it's new technology to them, and they aren't sure what to do about it. I'm thinking there is a problem with the bluetooth antenna, but it could be the radio, or something else. It seems that the music plays through the car about 3 seconds after my phone plays it, so it would seem that whatever causes that(is that normal?) is where the issue is.

Not that it should matter, but I have tried an iphone 3G, Blackberry Curve, Iphone 3GS, and a Blackberry Bold, and they all do it.

Edit-also should mention, even though this shouldn't matter either, is that the Nav system was DOA from the factory, and a whole new unit had to be put in.
