hi i got my apexcone 6000k 35watt kit installed on august 08. today, my right one stopped working. we came to realize that the ballast doesnt work because it doesnt make that usual buzz sound when it warms up. i got the kit from therpmstore.com and i know i have lifetime warranty on it. can anyone guide me through this process. what do i do to get a replacement? thank you

That would be a question for them, have to tried the "contact us"-ish section of their site?

Erm. Why is this in the 2nd generation section?

It happened to my Angel eyes I bought from RPM. Snap picture, gave them invoice, and replacement was on the way the next day.

just log onto rpm and look at your order history. find your hid purchase and write down the invoice #. then use the contact button on the site(upper right on the site), and let them know your problem. they will guide you through the process after that and let you know what they need further from you(pics, etc)
