So I went to the track for the first time in a year and a half and didn't do to bad. I'm still trying to figure out how to launch this car just right and when to shift and whether or not to run 4th out at the end or shift to 5th. I could probably speed up my shifting a bit but nerves get to me. Only logged one run cause I kept forgetting but here were my times and the log.
1st Run (crappy launch, shifting at 6500 rpm running out 4th at the end) 60 ft - 2.2647 330 ft - 6.284 1/8 et - 9.2839 1/8 mph - 75.68 1000 et - 11.9578 1/4 et - 14.1665 1/4 mph - 102.55 2nd Run (good launch - 4500rpm, shifting around 6k rpm and shifted to 5th at the end) 60 ft - 1.8295 330 ft - 5.5514 1/8 et - 8.6545 1/8 mph - 77.79 1000 et - 11.2745 1/4 et - 13.5054 1/4 mph - 101.24 3rd Run (bad launch - 4000rpm, log will show everything else) 60 ft - 2.0455 330 ft -5.9251 1/8 et - 9.0810 1/8 mph - 75.71 1000 et - 11.7608 1/4 et - 13.9782 1/4 mph - 102.16

Yeah, you need a little bit more practice on the launching, me as well. But those 102.X traps speak for themselves.

yeah i'll probably go back soon. i just wrapped the part of my intercooler pipe that sits next to my filter to prevent hot air in that area.

Yeah, normally after regular driving, I can pop the hood and my intake pipe is pretty hot. I just recently adjusted some of my pipes and it isn't nearly as close as it was before.
