You can get head for much cheaper then that .

Theres cheap tuning available for us now btw...

And those motors would not be very useful on the street. They're tuned for maximum power at the top of their RPM range, not for the broader power band you would want for a street-driven car.

Not that bad! I think it's aroud the $0.93 mark or so

Once, about two years ago, a little bird, who was wearing a Tri-Point shirt, told me that the 3 was the most likely candidate. At the time, the Speed6 was too heavy.

I had a chance to drive the snot out of a 2009 6 at a Mazda Canada event on the weekend (including a small autocross-ish course). It's wayyyyyy to big for a touring car. It's designed to compete with the Accord and Altima.

I think we'll see the 2009 Mazda 3 for next year...
