A Little Help, Anyone?

First, I hope to buy from CP-E the MAFci, Engine Mount, and Headers. I contacted them awhile back, but have yet to hear from them. I thought I'd post my questions here, maybe save them some trouble.

-MAFci: I don't know whether or not to get the tuneable version. The $99.00 extra charge is not a barrier, it is my ability to use this function. I am assuming that it is optimized to the CAI alone. Since I am adding an optimized 60mm throttle body and headers, wouldn't I need to re-tune for these mods? I also have no idea how to do this. Where can I learn how? Or what is required? If I would need to do track runs to record 0-60 and 1/4 mile times, I wouldn't be interested in the tuneable feature. However, if I could use someone else's map that has the same or very similar mods to my car, then this would be a worthwhile feature for me. Please advise.

-Headers: In all likelihood, I will be taking these to a local, reputable muffler shop. I want the job to be as simple as possible in order to minimize labour charges. I will purchase the long tube headers, y-pipe with high flow cats, O2 sensor, and extended accessory belt. What is the extra bung and plug? Would the muffler shop need it? Also, do you have any installation documents (or are they shipped with the product)? Roughly, How many hours would it take for 'muffler experts' to complete the job on a completely stock 6s (labour costs run around $80-$100/hr here, so that's kind of important!)?
