Im having some troubles with my order. My wife ordered a springs and sway bar kit from you on fathers day (About a month ago) and the reply e-mails are few and far between. We have no Idea whats going on. First of all she accidently ordered it for a 4 cyl and my car is a 6 cyl. I had her send an e-mail the same day informing you of the change to 6cyl. We received a confirmation that the order was being changed a few days later. We got an e-mail weeks later that the order has been shipped but the confirmation of shipment stated it was the 4 cyl kit being shipped.

Problem number 2: We received a receipt stating the total was 427.15 but then another charge was made on my wifes card for 15.85.

Whats going on?

Just because you might want cheap parts is no reason to lose your balls

I think its more correct to say.. John be careful.. might want to get some quality MONEY from people like "ME" in the future

just pointing it out.. smart asses dont get my money.. thats for sure

But on the other hand.. when you let your wife do your ordering... you have already lost your balls.. and thats why he's in the predicament he's in now lol

If you say so. But when your wife or girlfriend goes out and spends $500 on your car as a suprise gift your a happy man.

Besides with my sponser and the money I have now to spend on upgrading my car an extra 20 - $60 is worth better customer service. As for being a newbie, I just dont post much because I know what I'm doing and dont have many questions. Ive been working on cars for 20 years and am a licensed electriction and my brother is a automotive engineer .. blah blah blah..

Im drunk

Corksport (the user) doesn't respond quickly to PMs or emails. As John mentioned above, you'll have to call him direct (His name is Derek). He doesn't return calls in a timely manner either. You may have to ask for one of the individuals above him.
