My experiences with LC20 and FP60 have been excellent! After adding LC20 today my engine has reached a new levle of smoothness. This stuff feels great and I am sure it is working wonders to maintain my oil. I will be watching it over this tank of gas but my guess is that it will boost efficientcy slightly based on my needle thus far.

FP60 has also helped out quite a bit with engine responsiveness. At first it felt a little funny(suppose it was cleaning the injectors) but after that it gave it that little bit more pep. Much easier to pick up revs when you want too. Helps insure the quality control of the gas. With side effects like less pollution, what to hate?

basically very pelased so far. Mobil1 syn + LC20 FTW.

I'm a regular user of FP and LC. Very happy with both.

FP makes the car peppier, LC gave extra protection for extended oil change interval.

How long have you been doing this, i.e. few months, years?? Have you notice anything negative?
Thanks... I'm just being safe.

I hear a lot of good stuff about LC/FP over at bobistheoilguy. I guess I haven't tried it, only for a couple of nagging reasons:

- Shipping into Canada.

- The website offers a lab report written by Molekule. That's nice, and Molekule seems to be a knowledgable fellow, as well as the owner of another company Specialty Formulations, which I also hear good things about. I guess it just irks me that a lab report is credited to somebody's internet handle, instead of a real person's name.

- Their website FAQ gives a few..... "creative" answers. If anybody can see where these answers make sense, let me know:
Quote:
2.) Why does FP improve throttle response?
The combination of LC and FP, LC being in the oil, will cause less friction which will let the fuel burn more efficiently.

3.) Why does my automobile start more easily when I use FP?
When there is no carbon or varnish on the internal engine parts it allows the pistons to be free of friction.

7.) Why does FP decrease engine vibrations?
LC and FP will eliminate the varnish and carbon inside the engine components allowing the engine to be more synchronized.
[/b]

Like I say, I hear many good things about LC/FP. I just haven't gotten over that hump to trying them yet. For now I'm experimenting with Lucas UCL, and I'll try MMO/Redline SI-1 in the near future.

What test drive said and to add also these creative answers that don't inspire alot of confidence:

Quote:
11.) Will FP damage my catalytic converter?
Not to our knowledge, at this time we have had no complaints.

13.) Will FP effect the oxygen sensor in my car?
We have had no complaints of this happening.
[/b]
Its almost as if they hacked it together and don't know for sure if it effects the oxygen sensor or cat... other than, a non-confident building "no complaints so far..."

That's why don't just read from the manufacturer website. Go to BITOG forum and see the testimonial of members there.

Personally I've been using both FP and LC since 2004 and I'm very happy with them. I did several used oil analysis and found no problem. Both of my mazda6 are running good. My lawnmower and gas trimmer like them too!
