HELP: Upgrade from bose HU to sat nav HU

Hi guys,

I am new on this forum, but not new in the Mazda field.

To get to the point i will do an upgrade from the bose sound system, no display, to the navigation unit.

I just bought the nav unit yesterday out of ebay and now i am looking for what i need to do to make it work.

On my HU i have 2 connectors which are probably plug and play.

The others i am just trying to figure them out.

So any help would be apreciated, i have the wiring diagram but i don't have the exact pinout of the nav unit.

Could use a little help, so...

Give it a few days. Folks are busy with Christmas, family, etc and may not have time to read the forums or to compose a helpful reply. Your question is not general "is a loud explosion followed by large pieces of my engine suddenly appearing in my rear view mirror bad?", but rather a pretty specific one that probably only a few could answer.

Also, for the record, any engine parts on the road in your rear view mirror are bad

I understand, sorry for the impatience

I saw a few people that did this but as I am a newbie on this forum I don't have enough privileges to send them a private message, so... I'll just wait

Thanks and have a merry Christmas!

It seems that nobody wants to help me .

If you can't help me with exact advice like what to connect where, any wiring diagram from a bose headunit without display and one from a navigation unit will help.

I will connect the dots.

So?
