Hi, don't know if anyone have had similar problem. I plugged the adapter to the back side of the HU, and USB, aux to the computer, I was able to hear the sound loud and clear by press the media button on the HU. However: my CD stopped working and the information display showed nothing but time and temperature. Any solution? Thanks in advance!

Wait, a correction: the CD is actually working, just I can't see it does... And I guess it is not the media button for activating the car2pc, but two CD presses...
Anyway, the biggest problem is I have no information display, but only a little clock changes it self every one minute... Damn.

Anyone has a solution?

I have a beta car2PC unit, but I have the upgraded EPROM. My device uses the aux input by pressing CD 2x to get the input.

My display says "EX 1" .

What are you using as your front end? Roadrunner/roadrider? Just winamp with the plugin?

I am using CF2, and the controlling is actually working. I guess the EPROM is the problem that kills the display... how do you get it to be upgraded?

Remember, I had a beta unit. Mine was problematic so they semt me the latest eprom. Im sure the one you have is probably newer than mine as my adapter is close to 3 years old. If I use their provided winamp plugin, it works with no problems. If I use Roadunner/Riderunner (which is what I use), my LCD blinks with thie car2pc.exe program. Im having to use them together, which prevents me from using my wheel controls to control my XM. Ive created a command button that unloads winamp to give me control when I need it for XM. Unfortunaltey, it makes my LCD blink. Ive tried to get help on it in the past, but couldnt get any. Not being a programmer, Ive just delt with it.

BTW, rumor has it that by the end of this month there will be a new version of Car2PC for Mazda that will finally support text display (and will be activated by Media button).. You might want to sell both of your old Car2PCs soon
