Default Interior Alarm Problems

Don't know if anyone can help me, but my Mazda6 alarm goes off on a regular basis.

I have asked the Mazda helpine what the problem is and they said that Mazda are aware of the problem (caused by people using microwave ovens???), but there is no fix to the problem!

Has anyone else experienced this?

I have not experienced this. You're not using a microwave IN your car, are you?

My kitchen is about 20 feet from where I park my car, but the microwave doesn't seem to affect it at all.

Didn't go for the microwave optional extra on my Mazda 6:)

My local Mazda dealer has conceeded that this problem has nothing to do with microwave ovens (especially as the alarm goes off if parked in a field) and is going to reset the alarm tomorrow.

If this doesn't work, then a Mazda technician is going to investigate it further with a possible new alarm system being fitted.

I'll let you know how it goes.....

Strange that no one else has this problem (you lucky people!)

I had that problem bro, then I took out my ACME 5000 super hi power microwave gun and my full service kitchen, I was the mazda 6 roach coach for a while. I decide it was either the alarm or the roach coach so I took out all of my microwaves, refrigerators and freezer, and grill and the alarm works now!!! :laugh
