Anyone know where to get the "eyelids" for the headlights in Canada?? Or especially in the Edmonton area?

I found some on ebay last night. They wanted 14.99 plus shipping. But the shipping was 32. I would pay that much for them, but I think jacking the shipping cost just so you can advertise a low price for the product is a dick move. So I wont get em from that guy.
