Welcome to 6Club!
Always nice to have another Speed6 around!
You want to install the AP right away- it's a benefit even for bone stock since the stock/OEM tune is garbage. You can also install the Cobb intake and turbo inlet (TIP) as well and run one of the maps that was included with your AP- known as Off The Shelf (OTS) maps. They all have descriptions so you can learn details about each.
Save the DP for another weekend, and enjoy the new tune and intake for a bit, learn the AP and how to log with it.
The Speed6 comes with a wideband O2 from the factory so you don't need to add one- a really nice touch.
Cobb has, well, had free tuning software called AccessTuner Race (ATR). They currently don't allow downloading of the software- they've pulled it from the site and are making changes to the software to "meet current industry standards". General theory is that they're removing the ability to share maps from the free software among other things.
You'll want to wait to do your DP until you can get ATR again so you can make the needed changes to your maps, or to pay a pro-tuner to craft a custom tune for you.
Either way, feel free to install the AP and the Cobb intake & TIP right away- the AP will include a map capable of those changes and your Speed will feel much better for it!
Feel free to ask questions! The AP can be a bit of a learning curve and there are some folks here who have been pretty deep down that rabbit hole
