does anyone know how to use a blackberry?? i bought the phone used but i can't seem to set up an email account cuz the original owner has already set one up. also, i keep getting notifications from facebook about her account. i tried to text her once but i never heard back from her...LMK if you guys know how...i tried calling sprint, but i keep calling after they close for some reason.

Hi Nat,
Can't' you just add your email address and delete the previous email address? According to the following, it seems like a pretty straightforward process. http://blackberryfaq.com/index.php/How_to_...email_addresses If you can't add/delete directly from the phone, you might need to use the BIS (Blackberry Internet Service) of your carrier.
