oh man im really interested on offroading too. i took my stock 4runner to peacock flat couple of weeks ago and f***ed up the stock suspension and some other stuffs.... its in a garage now ... but yeah looking forward to lift it up

lol, thanks monkeyboy. I figured I would not hear much from here but thought I would try for those with beater cars sitting around.


Hey 6Str, we were thinking of taking the 2.5i subie over to peacock flats to do the bottom portion. How far did you get? Any pictures?

you wanna take the subie? hoo man that would be sickkk... but yeah i went all the way up to the camp ground and also went to a lot of other crazy trails too. i don't really have any nice pix though

Hey in your pics the road does not look that bad, but uh how did you mess up your suspension ?

How far up the trail does clearance become an issue??

ow yeah in the pix it doesn't really look too bad.but yeah we took some side trails that are almost impossible for a stock truck to pass. some side trails are so narrow that even smaller vehicle like suzuki samurai has hard time to clear...at one of the trails i was almost going to flip.. it was really stip....i had to clear a lot of rocks,i think the front axle got messed up too.... but yeah other then that its not really not too bad at the main trail. the trail is kinda bumpy.... and also when we went it was really muddy too...but still not too bad....

well i meant you could still go, but there is not enough space for the bigger trucks or suv's to turn back
