I think I found the one I was looking for.

Amazon.com: Philips 194 Bright White Interior Vision LED light (Pack of 2): Automotive Amazon.com: Philips 194 Bright White Interior Vision LED light (Pack of 2): Automotive

Not too bright, not too blue and not too yellow. Near perfect for license plate LEDs.

I used Philips 194 for plate and doors. Nice lights and I got them at Pep-boys. 12 yr guarantee.

We don't seem to be receiving email notifications for some reason.

City lights, are simply an accent bulb inside the headlight housings. Usually a small accent-running light.

Guys just thought I would mention that the Autolumination ones that Byakuya was talking about failed on me recently. The left bulb started flickering constantly. Perhaps water got in the housing, which is a shame considering I liked the color and output of the bulbs. So I got these and so far they're holding up well:
Linky Linky

They are really bright and cast a nice semi-circle on the ground. Pure white without a hint of blue. And JDM Astar on Amazon makes some good leds (not affiliated with them).
