Or do you mean yeah the rolled 6 has a good engine & its cheap?

Im confused, but that does happen rather easily sometime

A local to me 6 owner has fidenza & stage 1 (i believe its exedy) and he loves it. Its what im going with when i need a clutch.

I hope the rolled 6 has a good engine. I don't know about the Cougar having VVT.

So, the Mazda 6 that I found that was rolled... the engine works, AND it's MTX! They need to put a battery in it to get the mileage, but so far they want $1350. Seems a bit high, especially if it has high mileage. He was telling me about some market value stuff and how they are linked to other salvage yards around the country blah blah blah. I offered him cash and he still wouldn't budge on the price.

if it's not high mileage, it seems pretty fair. I think the v6 engines sell for around 1200-1800 depending on the mileage.

A few of the pics have a torque converter, so it came off of an automatic. Shouldn't be much of a problem.

It looks like I'm getting the engine out of the 2005 that was rolled. It has 128,000 miles. It starts perfectly fine, and it sounds healthy. They are going to do a compression check before they remove it. They want $1455 and I'll get $150 of that back for core refund. So $1305 is my total and it has a 90 day warranty. Sound fair?
