Hi guy's I just bought my 06 mazda6 6cyl about 2weeks ago, today I had my radio down and was enering a parkinglot when I notice my enging making a quite/dull knocking sound I can only hear it from inside the car while holding the rpms around 1000. It's not noticeable at idle or while driving over 5mph. Btw the car only has 19,000miles should I be worried about this? I found a vid on youtube w/ the exact same problem as mine. I dont think mine is quite as loud though http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WKvUnfm4Cys .

parts for that fix cost $50 shipped. 0.5h of labor according to TSB so total cost shouldn't go over 100. Worth fixing for a peace of mind IMHO.

the original video sounds more like knock instead of tick. my 06 had that problem it was ticking and sounded nothing like the op's video.
