no worries you can dooooo iiiiiit!

I just did mines yesterday,
take wheels off, buy cheap wooden baseball bat (10$ at KMART) , you'll need a rubber hummer or just a stock black multi use wrench (kept in the trunk for you tire change purpose)

place bat under a fender at an angle that when you'll tap on the bad it will slowly push the fender backwards. it took me 30 minutes per side (I nedded to roll about 70% of the fender) no problems chips or dents.

temps were close to 80F so maybe that did help, you may want to use hair dryer to keep the metal (fendr) warm and be slow and carefull it is easy and.... you can doooooo iiiit!
