Engine misfire / pulsing acceleration under load

Hi everyone,

There have been lots of posts regarding what sounds like the same issue, but I don't think any one of them is what I am experiencing. Hoping somebody has any other ideas I am creating this new thread.

Some info:

Yesterday evening, the car was VERY low on gas (drove 2 days with the light on). Filled the car to the very top at a gas station I usually don't go to. Continued driving last night a little it, everything normal like any other day.

This morning, it starts. The car stutters / hesitates / misfires whatever you may call it, while in any gear, at any speed, any rpm, while hot or cold under any acceleration more than 1/8 or 1/4 throttle. Idle is perfect and revving in neutral is also fine. This only happens while accelerating under load.

I pulled the spark plugs, and had oil on the two middle plugs (2 and 3 i'm guessing?) Cleaned them, reinstalled, no change. So I replace all 4 plugs with new NGK and gapped them. No change.

I've cleaned the MAF, no change.

So far I know I need to change the valve cover gasket. But could this be causing all of this? Other possibilities after reading up are the PCV hose, and vacuum leaks. I've traced any tubing in there and everything seems to be intact. I haven't tested the PCV hose yet since I ran out of daylight but I could try that. Then there's the possibility it could be a fuel issue, which is why I mentioned the fill up. Maybe clean / change the fuel filter (where is it located?)

Lastly, I took this video this evening and you can hear pretty well what's going on.

Thanks for any help you can give

Daniel
