If you don't already have an exhaust, the header will make you want to change that as soon as you can. So, in that respect, the OTB. But I'd still suggest getting a header (not headers) at some point.

Go OTB because i believe F2 made the only power proven header and they arent available anymore. So your left with autoexe ( $1000 ) no proof and MSDS which bolts right to the stock cat where the main choke point is still in place on the mid pipe. So you best bet is just send in your working throttle body and have twowheelin do it for you and save your self 200 bucks. Than with that 200 go buy a short ram intake form ebay and save even more.

a header for our car is gonna be a waste of money for the most part. We already have a pretty nice header stock...

thats a 4 to 1 with a collector big enough for a small block V8 pretty much. The only difference when compared to the F2 is the primaries are elongated and the collecter is shortened. I'm sure there's a dyno out there but I find a 16whp increase unlikely.

very true. im leaning towards the TB. dyno proven 4whp and 4 wtq across the entire rev band. versus the headers which only make real gains above 5000rpm. and the 6i is above 5000 rpm for like 3 seconds (5000-7000). deff not worth the money
