i have these two CEL codes: p2187 system too lean at idle speed and p2004 intake manifold runner stuck open control bank 1. i looked at the thread with the CEL and didnt see either one. my question is could these two vacuum hoses being split be the cause of the cause of the CEL? they are hissing while the engine is on.

the arrows are pointing to where each one goes to/from.

Most likely yes...but change them, and if the problem persists,there may be more leaks. GL

those will definately be the issue, the line on teh right controls the VLIM actuator, so that's why you have the same code i do for that one, and the rest is just unmetered air.

neither item is going to kill the car or anything, but it will be a lot happier once they are fixed.
