i think the TB is different so youre going to need to tap your own holes.

As he said the TB is different so it requires a drilled and tapped hole to fit the mazda one. Also it deletes the VIS and VTCS you will have to leave the solenoids hooked up to keep from getting a CEL.

As far as cams the trigger wheels on the Mazda has 6 teeth and the Ford only has 1. So short of going full stand alone and negating the need for 6 teeth you can't get the focus cams to work.

Incorrect.

The Focus/Fusion/Milan/etc have the Duratec23, the Mazda3s and Mazda6i have the 2.3l MZR and the MZR came first, being the basis of the Duratec23, not the other way around. VVT is found in the Fusion and Milan Duratec23 but not the Focus.

In regards to the cosworth manifold, you'd need to cut a little bit of the left-most part of the manifold in order for it to fit, since the power steering reservoir is unfortunately located there.

Also, one or two Mazda3 guys have put Crower stage2 cams originally designed for the Focus in their 3s without a standalone. Just takes some work.

Proof?

Cause I know of only one guy with cams and he is full stand alone making 500+ WHP. He has my old mani and downpipe. I came from a Mazda3, I followed all of this with a passion.
