So how long should i wait to pour oil in after i just got the oil pan back on ? It says it dreis in an hour and than fully cures in 24 hour. The intructions (for the BSD) say pour oil in and let her rip but that seem awfully soon and not giving the silcone time to dry. So experiences please.

vibration is the only downfall of this mod, considering you also have the aftermarket mounts it would be worse but I wouldn't recommend this mod for stock mounts anyway.

I find it hard to believe that there would be a significant increase in vibration from the BSD when you've already done 2 engine mounts and the trans mount.

Trust me replace all the mounts first and than do the BSD and there is on hell of an increase in vibration. Its a loud vibration too. Im not complaining it just took me by surprise thats all. More or less a warning too because this will be umcomfortable for most people but i guess if your were to of bought the mounts and than this you were prepared for it haha.

Why is it not recommended to do this mod with stock mounts?

just to let everyone know that the BSD and the advance timing (now that my computer has adjusted) is definatley a must. I use to have a CEL because of my headers (even though i have a high flow cat) and not anymore since the advance timing so this is a must do !
