Hi all
I have a Mazda 6 2.0HB. Stock, it boosts 150BHP. Yesterday, I was on the highway, some geek with a modified SIR toyed with me. Is the SIR that powerful.
I was wondering whether I can mod mine to 200bhp. any one can advise? What should I do?

Cheers

Probably a Civic SI-R, and to go from 150 to 200... start spending! I'm not very familiar with whats out there for the 2.0 (not the diesel right?), but I'm sure you can dig up something.

Oh and next time, try to find the right section for this....

And also put your location in your profile.

150bhp on a 2.0 platform, that's pretty damn good.

if you are still reading this, let me suggest checking out Mazda3forums.com as they have a buttload of guys dealing with the 2.0, where as we rarely see them as they aren't in the states where a good majority of the site comes from.

i'm over there too if you have any questions you still can't find. and, depending on where you are and what ecu you have, there is a German (Swede?) company that has an ecu flash/upgrade for you.

Flywheel and clutch are the same as 2.3l
Breakes is same
Exhaust is same (exept headers)
Coswort have forged internals for 2.0 so you will have valves with springs and pistons with rods for rebuild
HiBoost have 2.0 complete turbokit

So... if you really wanna go... there is a lot of possibilities...
