2.0 diesel replace big ends

Hi i got a mazda 6 diesel turbo and the one or two of the big ends have picked up. removed the sump but having trouble removing the ally baffle plate. anyone had any experience removing this plate? does anyone know if gearbox has to come out.

i believe my big end has gone on 04 plate cant get past ally plate also so resigned to pulling whole engine out and hopefully get away with crank regrind and new oil pump any tips would be appreciated
