Hi im Tom from Malta(EU), i dont know if anyone can help me,

I have a diesel mazda 6 and and im having problems with the dpf at the moment.

The car is almost a year and a half old now, the light came on after 6 months and the fixed it, than another 6 months passed and it came on again and had to go to the local dealer for about 3 times in a row.

Now after about a month its back on it seems that the problem doesnt want to go away and im worried that after the warranty expires i will have to pay for the regenaration and oil change ect.... the mechanic told me there isnt much more to do.

The car has only about 9000 miles, i dont leave it idle and i tried to drive above the revs required to clear it but i always have to go to them. I have had enough of this and i demanded a refund since its still under warranty, but they are only willing to pay me back the market value price.

What do you guys think i should do?

Thanks

Signal lamp filter for rigid particles diesel fuel is activated when the solid particles can not remove the same.
In order to remove these particles need to blow out the valve. Try to ride your mazda over 4 thousand revs at least 2 minutes. Can Help some time.

But I have a bigger problem than that.

My mazda have problem with tcs/dsc lamp.

They turn on with no reason.
Worse than that this lamp turn me on when I want to turn on my mazda, and turn on together with this lamp

If your problem persist after pushing regeneration yourselve they need to replace the DPF filter in warrenty. Make sure they don't pull you out of warranty because the DPF costs about 3000 euro's!
